Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about how to ship and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it. 

 

Exchanges 

The quickest way to ensure that you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once we have accepted the return, make a separate purchase of a new item. 

 

EU 14-day cancellation period 

Regardless of the above, if the items are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As stated above, your item must be in the condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
